Do I own my website?

Yes. You own your domain, content, and brand assets. If you leave, we can provide your site files and a database export.

Is there a contract term?

You can choose month-to-month or annual billing. Annual includes a 10% discount and reduces administrative overhead.

What do you need from me to start?

A short intake: business name, services, service area, contact details, and any existing branding (logo/colors). If you already have copy/images, we can move faster.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Most clients start with Business. We can upgrade anytime as your site grows or your needs change.

What is not included?

Large custom development, complex integrations, and unmanaged third-party tools are handled as out-of-scope work. Domain registration and external subscriptions (email, premium plugins) are billed separately.
